Summary
Cybertron's Senate believes Vos should be grounded. Starscream intends to prove them wrong. Fresh from a failed expedition and the loss of Skyfire, Starscream returns to a city already under threat. The Senate calls Vos an energy burden. Sentinel Prime calls it order. Starscream sees it for what it is: control. As Megatron's revolution rises from Kaon's pits and the old caste system begins to crack, Starscream builds something of his own in the skies above Vos --trines, wings, discipline, command. The Senate has its laws. Megatron has his war. But the sky belongs to whoever can hold it.
